Our Policy at a Glance

An item is eligible for return only if:

• It arrived physically damaged during transit, or
• It has a genuine manufacturing defect that was present at the time of delivery.

To help us verify the issue quickly, please report it within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos or a short video of the defective item, along with the order number.

• Requests to exchange an item for a different size, colour, design, or product.
• Change of mind after placing or receiving the order.
• Items that have been used, opened, or altered from their original condition.
• Complaints raised after the 48-hour reporting window from delivery.
• Minor variations in colour, texture, or appearance that are natural to handmade or devotional items and do not count as defects.

1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Share your order number, along with clear photos or a video showing the defect or damage.
3. Our team will review the details and confirm whether the item qualifies for a return.
4. If approved, we will share the next steps, including how and where to send the item back, if required.

Once a returned item is received and the defect is verified, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. As exchanges are not offered, an approved return will always be settled as a refund, not a replacement or swap for another item.
